This video is about the FFI Pilates Wunda Chair Side Bend. Here is a short demonstration of a movement on the Pilates Wunda Chair, moving in the frontal plane.
You can see that my balance is challenged as I use my lateral flexors (mainly) to side bend. Therefore I have to use my core and use more control for quality of movement. Pilates teacher training by www.ffirelamd.com
