Here is a video shot in Castlegregory, Dingle peninsula, county Kerry. This workout is perfect for surfers, kite surfers and wind surfers. This training uses upper and lower body muscle groups. There is strength, endurance and power involved. There is also plenty of core and abdominal work too. A nice way to warm up after a cold dip too :)
