Here is a small drill to help you touch your toes. Make sure you are PAIN FREE when attempting this.
You can do it everyday and you will see improvements in your toe touch technique.
There are a few typical reasons why you can't touch your toes, some reasons;
Tight plantar fascia
Tight calves
Tight hamstrings
Tight low back and more
This drill will help mobilise all of the above.
