Here is our 4th free home body weight workout to do during the #covid19 crisis.
I do use a #kettlebell but you don't have to.
Movements: 30 - 60 seconds each
1. Hindu Push ups or Cobra / Dog
2. Hindu or wide stance squats
3.Transition from short to long arm planks
4. 1 leg hip bridges (equal amounts each side)
For your 1st round, go easy, work on technique.
Try to go straight into the seond round, but up your tempo / rep range eg: do more. Rest if you NEED to The 3rd round again up your tempo / rep range. Try for up to 5 rounds. Back off if your technique does not feel right. Check the web site www.ffireland.com for some mobility movements to do to help stretch out, like the pretzel etc. Enjoy and let me know if you did it?
