The Pilates reformer is a fantastic, safe piece of apparatus, that can be used for most musculoskeletal injuries. Of course ask your therapist first before beginning this form of exercise. If you have tried Pilates mat classes, then go and try a Reformer class, i promise, you will love it.
The Reformer will mobilise and strengthen your full body, from inside out. The classes can be very gentle and as you become more experienced, then will challeneg you more, but always with quality and control.
If it's good enough for the big strong Leinster Rugby players, then it's good enough for you.
