Here is a short demonstration of a movement on the Pilates Ladder Barrel. This movement targets mainly the lateral chain, including the obliques, quadratus lumborum, rectus abdominus, latissimus dorsi, etc.
I run Private or small group (5 max) Pilates classes in Baggot street Dublin 2. My style of Pilates is not about working you to exhaustion, (there are many Pilates teachers like that in Dublin) I look for muscular imbalances, potential injuries waiting to happen, then I address these issues to help you stay injury free and move better.
