Above is a small demonstration of how to use a Power Club (Bell) to improve your Camogie, Hurling or golf swing. The oldest S&C method in the world mimics the rotational movements that we see in these games, so yes this is sport specific S&C training.
Any sport that requires, rotaion, stability and strength will benefit from FFI S&C Power Club training. Add a couple of these movements into your S&C training 2-3 times per week and notice very quickly, how powerful you will feel in rotational movements.
You will learn to use your core and abdominals to move you with less risk of injury. You will also see your forearm, fingers and grip strength increase massively. More importantly, notice the increase in distance and speed, when you strike the sliotar / ball.
