This is a mobility movement that I use with our camogie / football / hurling teams, either in warm up or during practise.
It's a movement that I call Cobra Dog, that helps mobilise the spine. This movement will help stretch your abdominals, hip flexors, calfs, hamstrings mainly.
This movement can help you introduce some weight bearing work into the arms and shoulders too.
