Are you going stir crazy locked in the house? It's even more important in this Covid-19 climate that we keep a healthy mind and body.
Try to get out and exercise with the kids / family. In the video above, I have tried to keep this suggested workout, as easy as possible.
But if you have problems with any of the exercises, contact me and I will help you with an alternative.
Do each exercise for 15 seconds, then take 15 seconds rest. After the 4 exercises you can go again or take a minute, then repeat, for 3-5 rounds.
The next session that you do, try for a couple more rounds. Over time you can increase the workout time to 20 or 30 seconds per exercise
