Here Shane Nicoletti from Function and Fitness Ireland FFI shows a 4 point kneeling movement on the Pilates Reformer.
This movement will target the abdominals mainly. First it is done in flatback, so suitable for clients with the likes of osteoporosis etc. then it is done in round back, for a greater range of movement, to help mobilise a tight lower back.
