Do you have a sore shoulder? Maybe it's been there for a while, or keeps returning? There are many reasons why it's sore, bar the obvious belt that you got. Overuse, misuse, abuse or underuse (Chaitow).
This post is aimed at people who want weight loss. I think that the majority of people that go to fitness classes/gyms want some form of weight loss and if the instructor can sell you the idea of fat loss, then i'm sure people will have some of that too.
Lately i have seen some tweets from fighters who have lost their most recent fights. They have mentioned about feeling slow or others have commented about them being slow. Now whether you are a boxer, BJJ, MMA, Tae kwon-do or other fighter, KBI S&C training is an ideal way to compliment your sport. Why?
Ok it sounds depressing but it has to be said :) In 10 weeks time we will all be sitting down to Xmas dinners, over eating, over drinking and doing less exercise :(. A couple of weeks after you will be making more resolutions for 2013. They will more or less be the same resolutions that most of us made in 2012! I assume health & fitness will be part of your resolutions?
Recently i have spoken with some of our class participants about barefoot training and the reasons we promote it. Some people like to wear cross trainers which is fine but we frown upon this when it comes to s&c kettlebell training etc. Now normally before or straight after training is not the best time to talk to people about this, so i thought a small article about it would help.
